It's a saturday morning, a time to rest, a time to slack... but what am I doing in the office?!
Guess what, I'm overseeing the renovation work on-going now, 9am-2pm.... :\ - Part time office management (OM). Could I include it in my cv? haha

My staff who is supposed to be on duty with me is still not here yet. I'm sitting alone in the office. Heard phone ringing, wonder who would call office on a saturday morning.

My staff finally reached, and guess what, he says need to buy breakfast now. (usual habit)

My turn to get breakfast. Bought Macdonald sausage mcmuffin w egg + hot tea.

Washed my hands and about to return to my cubicle to enjoy my breakfast, but I was stopped by one of the workers... he says their vehicle could not park outside and unload the cabinets, cos we did not submit their vehicle numbers for clearance. :-/What can i do?

I called the OM manager (he's supposed to seek clearance and ensure that i come in to shake legs). He says he did inform the security. But if security insists that they still cant unload, then he told me to chk out the vehicle nos, drivers' name, ic nos. and submit via the system to clear the vehicles. FYI, there are 3 vehicles.

Went down to talk to the security guard, trying my best to resolve the problems. Security guard says, Mr OM did not send him the vehicle nos. How would I know. I'm stuck in between. Gave the security Mr OM's contact no., asked him to discuss with Mr OM instead of me being the middleman. Security was super polite to Mr OM - keep saying "sorry to bother you early in the morning". But whose fault for these problems.. Anyway, after some discussions, finally they allow the vehicles to park and unload.
